The games, code, visuals, text, and design on AhaMinute are owned by AhaMinute. You may play them for free in your browser. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
AhaMinute does not currently have user-generated content features. If you send us feedback, bug reports, or game ideas through our contact page, you grant us permission to use that input to improve the site without any obligation or compensation to you.
AhaMinute and all games on the site are provided as is and as available, without any warranty of any kind. We do not promise the site will be available at all times, that games will be free of bugs, or that your scores will never be lost.
We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or inconvenience resulting from your use of the site. If your browser clears local storage and you lose your high scores, that is a browser setting, not something we can recover.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AhaMinute is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any game on it.
Because the games are free and no personal data is collected, the maximum liability of AhaMinute for any claim related to the site is zero.
AhaMinute may link to external sites or use third-party open-source libraries. We do not control those external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
You can stop using AhaMinute at any time by closing the tab. There is nothing to cancel because there is no account.
We can block access to the site or remove any game at any time, for any reason, without notice. We do not expect to do this, but we reserve the right.
